THE VISION

The proposed Railroad Avenue Apartments will create transit-oriented housing benefits, add 75,000 SQ FT of public parks, playgrounds and active trails to increase walkability and recreational uses for residents and community members alike, drawing the community into the project to enjoy the tranquility and spectacular vistas of the Merrimack River.

New Housing

Transit-oriented housing aligned with Haverhill's 2035 Master Plan goal of developing on underutilized land around MBTA stations.

Public Parks

31,500 SF of riverfront public park, including a playground, shade trellis, seating, walking paths, and public amphitheater situated directly on the river

Retail

The proposal includes enhanced retail and restaurant offerings on the Bradford side of the Merrimack River.
